FAQ’s

    • One-Off Projects: Billed at an agreed hourly rate or flat project fee. A 50% deposit is required to book, with the remaining balance due before final file delivery.

    • Design Days: Full £400 payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

    • Retainer Packages: Retainers are billed monthly. Payment for each month is due in advance to reserve your hours.

  • I recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates, especially for Design Days and larger one-off projects.
    For retainers, I only take on a limited number of clients to ensure quality and availability.

  • I accept payments via bank transfer. Payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.

  • Yes! Minor revisions are included for one-off projects and Design Days where applicable.
    For retainers, ongoing support includes updates and refinements as part of your reserved hours.

  • If you need additional work outside your reserved retainer hours, it can either be billed at my hourly rate or we can discuss adjusting your retainer package to better fit your needs.

  • A Design Day is ideal for tackling 2–4 focused tasks depending on complexity — such as social media graphics, brochure updates, pitch decks, or marketing materials.
    We'll align on priorities beforehand to make the most of your day.

  • I mainly work within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, depending on the project needs.
